Can I leave my Power Station plugged in when it is done charging?

While it will not harm the unit, in order to maintain and prolong the health of your power station, we do suggest unplugging the unit from the charging source after the battery has reached a full capacity at 100%. 

Will my Power Station work outside of the recommended temperature window?

Yes, it will likely function at temperatures outside the recommended range, but not at maximum capacity, and prolonged exposure to harsh conditions may shorten battery life and inhibit performance. Built in sensors will prevent charging if the battery is above or below the recommended safe charging temperatures.

How long will my Power Station Hold a Charge?

While it will hold a charge much longer than this, we recommend discharging and recharging your Power Station every four months for optimum battery life.

How do I know what devices/appliances my Power Station can power?

Check with your manufacturer to see the draw for your exact device/model. Ideally it should be 75% or less of the Power Station maximum wattage, but in no case should be over the specified wattage.
